This is the Ultimate health guide

This is one of the best books on health that I have ever read. I have recently become a vegetarian and loved all the things I could do to increase my health as a vegetarian. The section on supplements and vitamins was especially helpful. After just a week of making a few changes I already feel better. I didn't expect to find such detailed information about what certain organs can benefit from good foods. Thanks to this book I can help my brother, who is prone to dehydration prevent kidney stones and I know what foods and supplements to take for increased energy, and I have a great exercise routine worked out. Highly recommended.

This book has done wonders for my health!

If I had to pick one word to describe this book, it would be "complete". This is by far, the best book from the author `Ace Mccloud" I absolutely love this book. This book is a complete guideline for your health. It contains proven steps and strategies on how to improve your diet and smart exercise practices to look and fell your best, feel your best. I really like his philosophy of bringing out your best by focusing on your physical health first.
I also really loved the section on The Mediterranean Diet, and have recently changed my eating habits with great results. This book also has good skincare procedures, and the strength training section was really professional quality. Whether you need to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, or learn the best supplements to take, this book has it for you! Highly recommended!
